Our children are our greatest resource. Strong, effective public education is a must. Low cost student loans must remain available. Yes we need to eliminate waste, trim off the unneeded programs. However, our educational institutions must remain at the forefront of our society to push us to new heights, new frontiers. Finally, we need a Department of Education that takes the lead - projects future job growth areas, designs programs for each State to enhance our natural resource - our children.
